PipUnit, In his interview I cant recall DS saying it was def coming. He said he is hoping it comes on **Friday** but he did not give a guarantee date. So i think we have to remember that and not try to make it seem that way. but lets hope it comes and even if it does i can bet they would send out a notice before and after. So i think that the best way to go at tis point, you have to figure that it’s friday and nothing would be ready until Monday Tuesday.

Some of us the jerking is getting a bit much and we may need the medical docs to come back. Doc SNB specialty seems to deal with the human emotions/stress etc… and she needs help..
What happened to COREG? Remember he was the Cardiologist on the bus? Or him waiting until there are acute EKG changes?
Some passengers whose blood pressure now out of control may need maximum dosage of those beta blockers…Right now we know that the heart rates are beating 100+ per minute, so the higher the dose right now the better.
What happen to COMMENT the Emergency Department doc? We might need him also to deal with the hypertensive crisis since COREG is long gone or is he waitiing to use the scapel of which Leaving Babylon speaks…

At this time I am emotionless. Pardon me as I slip into negative mode. I have read between the lines and something comes out… note the answers carefully.
Context:
Who do we know as the brokers for Olint? Oanda, I-TradeFX and FXCM.
What did he say about the broker in the interview? He dismissed I-TradeFX and refuse to name the other broker(s) he said the club members know
My reasoning: (STOB, keep calm now.. let me finish)
From the article
1. Oanda dismisses any allegation that it is under due diligence
- They say go check the NFA and see if there is any problems with them. So broker fault dismissed
2. If Oanda had frozen funds DS could not trade
- That means DS should not be posted any gains or at least the gains he said, if the money frozen. Well he could but he should not. Assuming the posted gains as true, the funds not frozen. Frozen funds dismissed
3. The only way the funds would be frozen is if the FEDs/Regulators/etc get in on the act
- Not once did DS say the feds had frozen his funds. In the interview he said OLINT never was under due diligence just the brokers. There no news reports of the US Feds and Davids. Feds Dismissed
4, If the funds are not frozen then DS can have them in 1-2 business days
- So if there is no feds, no freeze on the funds and no complaint, once you ask for the di money you get di money. however there is a rider, ‘provided the client has sufficient funds in their account’. Now this one is a problem, where is the money? Hopefully we get an answer soon.
So we are left scrating our heads is Oanda really the broker or is there another broker we don’t know about, like how many people never know MTI was trading for DS?

If someone comes on and explains and is not answering from an approved script and pauses to ensure accurate dissemination of the facts and is then taken apart.. is time him shut up. Thats why we should have the Communigram and official info posted. those are what we are sure about. everybody seems to have sources that usually causes more confusion.
I support posting communigram. Plus, every news media are themselves or family in the clubs, so they have access to the info anyway. The clubs are too broadbased to protect it from the news

@ Danews some of the information posted seems to be actually fueling speculation…I have got some interesting information here, but I don’t know what to believe!
What i’m saying is that vested parties would be made privy to that information anyway and you can make your own conclusions based on that.

@ Tito.. the purpose of this club is to discuss ideas, if the subject ( communigram) is not posted, then all the discussion that follows around it is speculation, which as you can see can cause more harm than good.
people will then run with speculation, right now, I heard DS says money should be here by Friday, so I am working with that, other people and them sources say Mon, Wed, THUR, which is all speculation.
It is best to anchor discussions in facts.

What difference does it make TITO. I have plenty of interest with Lewfam. So the only reason i push for Olint’s return is that it gives me a ball park idea of what lewfams might be. As far as people on the blog who have no financial interest in these clubs seeing the return, i dont think thats really that big of a deal. They can go to the websites of any of these clubs and usually see a past track record.

Yes, I was told by an experienced banker that the due diligence maight have taken up to 6 months, and could even go longer. So I wasn’t surprise that it took this long.

This $hit is driving me mad. I’ve read the stuff on the other site as well. Not sure what to think. David Smith has one day to make good. If he doesn’t keep his word to us then his name is mud in my book. I’m kind of tired of the people defending him with the line “He’s a good Christian man; he’s given a lot to charities”. Well that may be a statement of truth but he’s also a shady man that is not honest. I guarantee that it’s not anyone’s fault but his own that money hasn’t been sent to Olint members in over 6 months. Banks don’t do due diligence exercises for that long. This is what happens when you run your business in the darkness. He should have found a broker or worked with oanda to give us all accounts with oanda so we could withdrawal money as we want. But I guess if he did that he wouldn’t be able to fudge returns. You know damn well that the last two months weren’t really as low as they were. I’m sure he’s done 10% or more and is keeping it to make up from other loses from other months or maybe even his other clubs, TCI FX. So if he does come through tomorrow, then what? Is he going to have to go through this big ordeal every month to fulfill encashment requests? And I do care about the return, which might seem pointless to some but if he’s going to sit on my money then he’s going to pay me for it. Yes, at this point I would forfeit June’s return in a heartbeat to cash out right now, but I know I’m not going to be able to pull out 100% in one lick so in the mean time I hope to see a return.

Its interesting that the BOJ was mentioned out of the blue as helping to release the O funds…the BOJ has the mandate to regulate anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terroism in Jca – the AML/CFT guidance notes for banks are published under the BOJ seal; and there are regulatory officers at financial institutions that report “suspicious” activity (including big wires like those of DS) to the BOJ; etc….so the mere mention of the BOJ helping to release the funds could be positive.

Brokers are mandated to investigate every complaint. so probably an incident ticket is created. So this cannot be good for David Smith. even if there was not any due diligence, mailing them will cause one to occur.
we need money quickly, as mass lawsuits are waiting in the wings, and most of these are from persons who profess to be praying for him

I know us members put you both under “presshah” sometimes to share what you know. Trust me, I am grateful for that, and want to help out at times to keep HOPE ALIVE.
However, it has come to my knowledge that a lot of spies are peeping through the bus window and writing down every word we say.
It is because of this why I have to be careful about what I say here at times.
I know Tito wants to know why BOJ is involve, but to tell you the truth, mi would a neva bring up BOJ name, or even say why. Some things are just too sensitive at this time.
Another thing, while I have some information about how the funds will be wired, I am keeping quiet on that too.
Remember that CVM and Observer just want to hear anything negative about O to report, even if it is innaccurate. Read my post again at #1058.

Olint has always been connected to F1…It was well “rumoured” that F1’s gold account is/ or use to be an Olint feeder account…I don’t know how true that is.
For a fact, F1 does have their own “in-house” trader…but we have also now realized that some trading is performed by ‘contracted traders/clubs’ such as M.D as well…so maybe they still use D.S for trading…who knows?!

No clubs are paying now. I would be lying if I say I am not affected but I am not perturbed because I understand what trading is. I know a trader can loose down to a dollar today and build everything right back up tomorrow. So I will take my chances. Once these guys have integrity they will build back and I do believe they do.
Frankly I prefer to take my chances with them than the banks right now, because time will always vindicate them.
With respect to this F1 foolishness now. Unless MD have different arrangements with them from us masses, how are they going to sue them? Did MD sign a contract and guarantee anything? Frankly I hope not, because F1 always gave people the impression they were trading themselves.
No trader can guarantee rates or any returns for that matter. F1 needs to cool it and be patient like the rest of us.

I love the prayer effort I am reading on the blogs, if we keep this up there is no way we can lose. I am also encouraged because I know God hears and answers prayer. I have too many examples I could share to back this up. Just take the ride with all of us and in a few months lets see what happens.

….I’ve spoken with DS twice on the phone….the first time I was amazed and shocked that he even picked up the phone, but he came across as a very cool and calm person….and not boastful or pretentious…very down to earth kind of guy….
…Martinez on the other hand….definitely a smooth talker and a salesman in every sense of the word…I actually asked DS if it was MTI that taught him his skills and he said no…JMMB had sent him to classes in the US where he learnt his skills and then only came across MTI after he had left…it is a very plausible explanation that DS has been dupped by Martinez and is now tangled in some web of deception….definitely heard the frustration in his voice from the interview, and do believe he doesn’t know what the hold up is….which doesn’t give us much hope and as MickeyD said, perhaps best nothing was said….with the long pauses, it was almost as if, somebody was in the background giving him hand signals and telling what to say and not to say….

It’s understandable of course, but he paused and stuttered for way too long, and only brought up the courtcase as an after-thought (in my opinion). He also said that Olint was NEVER under DD, just the broker, and having been calling Olint everyday for the past 6 months…someone was lying to me.
The interview left me feeling cold inside, and none of my questions were answered….if anything, I feel more doubtful than ever.

The interview with D.S. also bothered me too. D.S. wasn’t reassuring that things are going to be ok with Olint. Also…and maybe it’s just me…but the two Martinez guys strike me as shady. I don’t know why exactly, they just seem that way to me. D.S. sounded like he was telling the truth, but the whole situation is really messed up. I just hope that Olint gets the money soon from their brokers soon, because if not we’re going to start seeing alot of lawsuits…and I really, really don’t want that.

On the interview….i see it a different way…sounds like pure frustration and irritation with the whole DD process and people’s non-beliefs that an actual DD process is going on.
And as he say’s he cannot really get into too much detail, he does have a court case going on…this is also very understandable!

Yes Tito, they are our Central Bank in Jamaica. I don’t know exactly what there involvement was in the ‘release’ of the funds (i don’t know if they had anything to do with the wire or not) as I said, it was just something I heard from some members….

@ D_Silver_Lining, I’m english and not familiar with banks in Jamaica but it’s my understanding is that BOJ is like the Bank of England in that it’s a central bank and not a commercial bank so they’re just involved with monetry policy and issuing currency and maybe as banker to the commercial banks (loaning them money if required).
Therefore they shouldn’t be involved in any wiring of funds etc for an individual.
I stand to be corrected so if someone could clarify.

I just spoke to a banker friend of mine just a while ago and she said that people are calling her, they are sitting on pins and needles, they are on the last straw/cent, and so I know how di man feel, and the agony of waiting even one more day.

Ok, I don’t know how you can read the communigram from MD and feel encouraged, when their offices have lied to us over the last couple months letting us feel that gains will be posted from April. They revealed to some individuals like my self that they will be providing us with statements week after week and funds also. They even requested paper work if it was an emergency. The communigram did not give us false hope. We have all been waiting to hear something concrete. I for one like to be told exactly what’s going on and not given false hope. This way I can plan accordingly. Give me the good, the bad and the ugly and I can take it from there.
IL is not trying to steal our money. We would all like our money right away but in light of what’s taking place in JA from the banks, IMF etc the clubs are doing their best trying to weather the storm. I am amazed they were even able to pay a few folks with all that’s taking place. I don’t know how one club can handle the kinds of battles they are fighting without prayer.
Friends there are major forces out there that don’t want the clubs to succeed. Some natural some supernatural. We really need to pray like never before. I pray for them everyday, please join me in this.
I have been told MD is one of the best traders out there, and I think that may just be one of the reasons for all the attacks. In my opinion what they need to hear from us is not more threats, but honest support from those of us invested with them.
When you read some of the stuff around and think, you realize that it is our money that is really being questioned, because it is our money that is being sent to them. I knew I took a risk when I went into this and I’m praying and trusting God that it will all work out, because I really see the good in it.
We all agreed the customer service needed major improvement (I can see some of you saying that’s the understatement of the year
but we can all agree they have definitely done that. Yes much more needs to be done but they are definitely heading in the right direction.
If they can update us every two weeks like the gram promised that would be a great thing. Let us keep reminding them about this and at the same time letting them know we are praying for and supporting them.

Debate aside, you guys know that as a pro-Olinter, I strongly believe that there are individuals here in Jamaica and also abroad, are hell bent on destroying Olint and by extension, David and his credibility. The reason as I was informed is that he is a threat to their social order and their profits from “certain businesses”.
This due diligence that is taking place, though necessary, is not by accident but by design. It was designed and structured so that Olint would be starved of funds and cause its members to turn on it, demanding their monies, which will certainly lead to another run on it. In what way will they benefit if Olint fails when they say that they have no funds in Olint? Or do they have plenty to lose if Olint succeeds? What are their motives?
All objective readers of this blog will decide what they want to believe by the weight of the arguments presented, or the gutter level discussions that a number of bloggers continue to want to have.
This is my bias position as a pro-Olinter since you guys do not want to objectively debate the issues.

I am a Maydaisy Member and I am puzzled about a number of issues. Since MD not saying anything of substance i don’t know if anyone can shed some light in the darkness:
1. Payments have not been made to a lot of members from as far back as January and they claimed that the delays were due to the fact that both MD and their bankers were doing a lengthy due diligence. Now that the bank’s due diligence has been completed why all of a sudden their Broker is now doing a due diligence? Who are their brokers and why is another due diligence necessary at this time when they have closed all accounts and should be refunding our money?
2. Maydaisy said that they did not guarantee 20% to their members, then how is it that F1 Investments has filed a suit for $20 million of which half is unpaid interst @ 20% per month?
3. Notwithstanding, if the brokers are doing due diligence why on earth should they hold on to our money for a prolong period and not pay any interst. According to them its a period of inactivity. Bull Shi@$&! Other traders claim to be experiencing the same DD problems and they are posting interest.
4. Where is the rest of the money that is not with the brokers? or is it 100% of your money being traded? Why cant payments come from their bank accounts where the rest of the money should be?

I see where you are coming from and if you noticed I alluded to the fact there are 2000 promises of prosperity in ALL things. Please, don’t mistake me for a monetary prosperity preacher like creflo and Jesse,BUT,God says that He gives us the ability to get wealth and he also does promise monetary wealth. The problem is that most ppl believe that its just gonna drop into your lap and that aint gonna happen. One needs to aligned to his word and his ways and excersizing the power of his word by speaking it into being.

There are also what I call Gods natural Laws. The bible speaks droves about seed time and harvest, reaping and sewing.
A Canadian Pastor originally from Guyana taught me the principle of sewing financial seed to any particular need ( Im not talking about crap like winning lotto ). Of course this requires faith but Rabbit I’ll tell you that I have proven this principle over and over in my life and it just amazes me everytime that I see God work.
Sometimes the need is met quickly and sometimes it takes months but my pastor always said pray over the seed, sew it and dont doubt and just have FAITH and patience. God cannot work without your faith.
And you will also be amazed to know how much God honors seed because you at the same time are honoring Him with your faith, by showing Him that it is He that you are depending on and no one else. Not your sight, not your friends, not your family, not your circumstances. Him and Him alone.
He cares deeply about your finances. There is nothing wrong with depending on him to make you wealthy and besides your supposed to honor him back with it. And if you think thats crap I dare you try to outgive God!!
Give and it shall be given unto you. pressed down shaken together, running over shall I poor out a blessing on you such that you wont have hands to receive!! You want it plainer than that brother!!
I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it has been God and God alone who has brought me from near being put out on the street to being in a far better off position where I can maybe look at retiring at 50 so I can dedicate the rest of my years to doing His work.
No One can tell me that it is not in a believers best interest to not be wealthy. It takes cash to care and cash to spread the word of God to the four corners of the earth so that hopefully soon my brother His Mighty Son will come and split the mount of olives.

Jesus came to pay for our sins (that S word) – his motive was not our financial comfort. Abundant life is not necessarily a life with money. It is a life where we are no longer slaves to sin (although we will still sin on this side of eternity) and we are building treasures in heaven, not here on earth, where theives don’t break in and steal, where moth and rust do not destroy. The bible has several verses warning us about putting our hope in anything other than Christ..
At the same time, we are called to be good stewards of all that He has blessed us with, and to be a blessing to others. We are to use our gifts wisely, and unselfishly.
So RedP, I agree with you that the motive counts…God looks at the heart. I disagree though that His ultimate aim is our “financial success”. Forget the verse…but there is a prayer that I’ll loosely paraphrase – to be neither so rich that we lose our trust in God, or so poor that we are tempted to steal…

The question about 20% of funds traded, 80% of funds is protected?
I will explain to you all how this works in one form, but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take this as the way in which David does things for the club; BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW!!
Assuming a trader has $1,000,000 of own funds and he is offered a leverage of 20 to 1 by your FX Broker to trade those funds, this means he is allowed to trade a maximum of $20,000,000 (20 x $1,000,000).
Since he contributed only $1,000,000, then it means his broker can lend you up to $19,000,000 to make it up to the $20,000,000 maximum.
If we wish to use the famous 10% return on your money, this means that he hopes to make $100,000 gain on his $1,000,000 principal.
Now let’s say you can achieve this $100,000 with only 5 trades for the month; this means that you hope to make $20,000 average gain from those 5 trades.
The 20% of funds used to trade:
If a trader uses only 20% of his principal to trade, he would only use $200,000 (20% x $1,000,000). This can be used in several combinations of smaller amounts to trade different currencies.
However, with leverage, the $200,000 amount at his disposal becomes $4,000,000 (20x $200,000) available to him to trade. This also means that he would not be using 80% of his funds or $800,000 in the trade, but this amount might still be required to fund his trading account, because of how the trading platform might be design to allow you to trade.
The GAIN:
All the trader needs to do then is to make 5 successful trades using $200,000 of his funds, or $4,000,000 of tradeable funds, at any one time to make $20,000 on average. This $20,000 represents a mere 0.5% of the $4,000,000 of leverage funds. The 5 times amount to $100,000, giving a return of the famous 10% on the $1,000,000 initial principal.
The trader however, may have to fund his trading account at his broker with either the $1,000,000 or an amount near to it. That is how the 80% protected funds get tied up in the trading account, explaining why he can’t get it, although its protected. and that is why trading can still take place even though funds have not yet been released when requested.

Let me share the following regarding the due diligence that we have been reading about, to give you an idea why the process is so long, tedious and drawn out, because some people find a way to frustrate people with it.
The 2001 USA PATRIOT ACT is an acronym which stands for “Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001″. This is an act signed into law by US President Bush on October 26, 2001, following right after the infamous 9/11.
One of the main premise of this law is to empower the US authorities to stamp out terrorism, whether domestic or foreign. The US authorties’ primary concern is to ensure that terrorism is not fed by well needed money (money laundering), without which they will be innefective. So, in order to do this, arising from the PATRIOT ACT are the terminologies which are now known as Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence.

What this effectively does is to require of US financial institutions to carry out Due Diligence, and Enhanced Due Diligence, on all institutions, especially those that are non-US, primarily to prevent money laundering of illegal proceeds, such as from sale of drugs, arms, government corruption etc.
Now I don’t have a problem with these requirements because we must keep the international financial system clean.
What I have a problem is this:
Those financial institutions carrying out the due diligence on the non-US institutions will come up with a list of, say 12 things, that their due diligence will cover, but only tell you about one of them. You spend a lot of time (sometimes weeks) and resources (money and staff) to deal with the one item, and when you are finished, you think it is over. Lo and behold, they now tell you about #2.
They repeat this process over, and over, by next telling you about #3, then #4, then #5, etc. You must get my drift by now. After a certain point, if you are the person who is under the due diligence, you must start to say to yourself, WHAT NEXT? And also, can you just willy nilly divulge all that is happening to the members, when there are members who make it their duty to run to the media with every goddamn private matters of the club.
All this time, the funds that you cannot get, are earning millions of dollars of interest daily for the banks, and not for your account. And we still expect David to trade and make money for us even though we cannot get it yet (smile).
So when you hear David says “PRAY FOR HIM”, is not foolishness him talking bout.
The man is realy stressed out and only his wife and family are there in the night to comfort him, and give him some relief from these daily stresses.
I ask the question again, is there a sinister hand behind all of this, local or foreign?

I trade with Oanda. In my best month, I made 62%, that is increase my balance from the start of the month to the end by 62%. My next best was 42%.
However, to do it, I had to trade frequently, stay put at my screen for no less than 12 hours daily, I took little percentage gains on my trades, close those that went into loss and seems not to be coming back out, and the gains less the losses added up very quickly at the end of the month to 62%.
However, it came with great sacrifice. Because at the end of the month, I was so drained and tired that I vowed that I won’t do it again, and has not since.
I WAS BURNT OUT!!
On the other hand, I made few trades in subsequent monthS (set it and forget it, ie my trades) and boy did I have losses.
So you decide.

I finally got through to O. Supposedly funds will be available to begin disbursements tomorrow. Michael Howard, who apparently is the head of CS will be issuing a new encashment schedule to all club members by e-mail again supposedly tomorrow. But it does appear from all sources that funds have been delivered to O.

I am saying, that it is easy to balance the book and determine your profit for 5 actual trades. thus at the end of the month your net profit can easily be determined because you only did a few trades. you did not do dozens of trades which is harder to reconcile.

I have heard that there are actually very few trades. That a good trader ( watches the market forces) and waits until he sees a “winning” trade and then makes his move. So in a give month there may be less than 5 actual trades.
So this impression that trading is constantly going on on a 24 hrs basis and it is hard to reconcile at the end of the month may be flawed.
But I guess everyone has there trading strategies, and I only go by what someone who trades told me.

I agree with what you wrote concerning the calculations of the rates based on multiple traders with different amounts of funds and different rates of returns and that it could in fact be a very complex procedure especially when there are the overhead, administrative and performance incentive fees to take into consideration and to collect and pay to the traders.
So may I suggest a less complex solution for the calculation of the Lint Factory monthly rates.
Get 4 dice… 3 with black numbers… One with red numbers… Shake up all 4 dice inna yuh hand miggle and throw dem down…
Add up the 3 black number dice dem… Say yuh roll a 4,5 & 6… That equals to 15.
Now look at the red number dice that roll… Say that was a 3
Just subtract the 3 from the 15 and that equals to 12… That is di rate for di month…
The red number 3 is what Olint take for themself fi sort out admin and overhead charges and trader performance bonus or fees.
With this method, the rate them will fluctuate month to month as well as their charges and it will be transparent, auditable and understanble by everybody… When di auditor dem come, just show dem the dice rolling results from month to month.
May I further suggest… And humbly so… That when you set up your thing wid yuh tapanaris fren dem… That you take my suggestion before the board for consideration.

When I go to the ATM , I do not pray before that NCB or BNS did not burn down or any other anomalies, I expect them to do their job, have good infrastucture and contigencies, thats why I choose to do business with them.

On a separate issue, I want to try and explain something concerning the lack of posting for last month’s rate. Now this is just me and not what I heard so I’m just throwing some thoughts out for the bus. One company that I spoke with when I was going down the introducing broker path told me that they would not send me documents concerning last year’s return and it was their best year ever. I said, “Come on, how do you expect me to sell anything if I can’t talk about your returns?” Basically their reply came down to this: Our legal counsel has reviewed the NFAs new procedures for calculating returns and we don’t think that without devoting a tremendous amount of energy to this problem that we can provide an accurate figure. What they’re talking about is dynamic pool accounting where deposits and withdrawals are flying in and out of the account and various traders are managing differing percentages of the pie with balances likewise fluctuating up and down. This can become a very daunting task, especially if your accounting systems are not set up to handle the figures in a way that will work with the auditors’ parameters. I just throw this out to say, depending on what type of system O may be moving into (if they are preparing to have audits) they may be baffled as to how this should be done.
So in O’s defense this truly is not a simple matter. But…
To O’s detriment, since no money was flowing out to us, this eliminates a lot of confusing traffic and they should know the rate by now.

Is it coincidental that all the clubs have gone quiet? MD been quiet for 4 months, ww for 2 months, O for 5 months and now the rate is slow in coming. Is this all by happenstance or is there only one real trader? We have no choice at this point but to wait. Rove is looking better every day, when you win you win, if you loose so be it. Richesrus….Maydaisy still a joke dem self…dem claim say dem dealing with sensitive issues and so they will get back with us the first week of July…mi don’t know if this is the first week of July for them…cause fi dem calendar diffrant from everybody else own.
MD is suppose to update gains for April, May and June…and I do believe they should have their house in order by now seeing they closed the club since May and there were no activities. I’m guessing they are waiting to see what Olint is putting out there before they post anything.
Most important for me is not what they post at this time is that they actually pay members and set us free. I really don’t understand the rational…they closed the club, but are giving members a fraction of their balance with no explanation as to when the balance will be paid.

Funny how we all listen to the same interview, but the opinions differ…I think we interpreted it through the lens with which we currently view DS and Olint. I did not find DS nervous or shifty. Perhaps I would have been more concerned if he had smooth and seemingly rehearsed responses. I sensed exasperation that this process was taking so long, that it seemed to be beyond his control.

The human body and mind need to be active. This is a deep human compulsion. We are anxious and discontent when, involuntary, we are inert and passive. We are therefore very thankful for this BUS where investors can share in the highs and the lows. I firmly believe that PRAYER changes things. Recently, a young man was diagnosed with a ‘tumor’ in his heart. The cardiologist caring for him, after all the tests confirms that this young man needed emergent cardiac surgery. He was referred to a pediatric cardiac surgeon in the Broward area. All the tests/xrays/TEE were examined and this young man was scheduled for open heart surgery. This was a praying family, after the doctor told the family about the high risk for mortality etc the OR personnell told the story of how the grandmother said her grandson will be out of surgery in a few minutes because she knows God had healed him. She was correct! After anesthesia was performed the Repeat TEE prior to the surgery did not show any tumor…He was reversed from anesthesia and the surgery was cancelled!
Call it what you may…PRAYER still changes things! I am not naive, I can see/hear/know that the storm is raging around DS and I know that Jesus once spoke to the raging storm “PEACE BE STILL” and there was CALM! I am praying that DS too will be protected from this raging storm and some long over due CALM for him and investors alike.
So Doctor SNB, I am with you, let us remember “Peace, Be Still” whatever the raging storm might be to the different clubs
I will forever keep lifting up DS in prayer. HE IS HUMAN and need an end to this nightmare raging storm … trusting we are at the end of this long TURN…”Peace be still”

if a person makes 10 trades , can a simple average be done of the 10 trades. then minus the admin fees and then allocate among the membership. is calculating of the rates in the perview of one person, or is a simple accounting process.
When it takes too long to come out, it gives the impression that the books are being cooked.

I honestly don’t believe anyone except God or DS knows what the rate will be. What IS being stated, however, is that TCI FX Traders will be hearing THEIR rate on Thursday….whether or not that happens, who knows. But, I think we’ll be able to guestimate Olint’s rate based on theirs.

Just spoke to a ’source’ and he told me that ‘O’ received $100-$125 million in their account in Turks and that funds should be in JA by Thursday…latest Friday. Still checking with my other sources.
Also, heard from another source yesterday that told me pretty much the samething…funds where received by ‘O’ but not the total amount.

E.G NFA release that document right on June 30th, close to DS payment range. Could be coincidence. But onething i will say is this. If DS is above ground nothing will stop him. because you are beholden to your client. So F1 is beholden to its Clients, who should not care who they traded it with.
Max Higgins had told their clients that Gilpin run off with large parts of their money. but that should not matter to the clients.
Notice the tone of F1 letter. they said that Ingrid SEEMINGLY DONE WELL AT TRADES. this they are implying that they do not even know if she trades, or if she has done well.

His members are supporting him so the best thing to have done was to have open and honest communication with members by email before all the hearsay got out of hand. That is what F1 is doing, they are providing timely communication. If he had been sending out regular updates then he could have spared himself this high stressed ahm ahm blank blank interview and the hearsay and speculations would not be so prevalent. that’s what I meant guys. enjoy the ride

(Ithink the owner got caught up in the mortgage meltdown so you know the boats the first thing to go). So my bro did the math and figured that if he came up with 20% down the monthly would have come up to 1200/month so he asked me to go halves with him. I figured that was manageable especially if supah free up things.
So my man call di broker and seh him ready for the loan cuz him spot a beauty dat him want to hold on to.

Morning all: Rushing off to work but have to share my 2 cents.
It is indeed sad what is happening to DS. Listened to the radio interview and he is really under a lot of pressure it seems from the Regulators and the Brokers. Albeit a disappointing interview, he sounds distraught about the delays and I Hope he gets the strength to pull through this mess. Also, I hope he will think about revamping his business model quite soon. How he operates moving forward will be crutial to the success of O.
I have said it before and wish to reiterate that Both IL and DS were implicated in the I-Trade investigations. Many persons have millions invested in Maydaisy as well and have not received any funds for the past 6 months? Much information is now in the public domain with respect to the case with F1. I think its time for Ingrid Loiten to be interviewed by Cliff Hughs, et al so investors will know what’s happenning. Hardly anybody is talking about this and a lot of us have funds invested in MAYDAISY. We need to know what sensitive issues they are dealing with like NOW and when are we getting our monies! Simple.

Olint mulls court action against US regulator
Unregulated investment scheme Olint says it is seeking legal advice on what action it can take against a United States-based regulatory agency that alleged that its principal, David Smith, was involved in suspicious activity.
The National Futures Association (NFA), a regulatory organisation for the US futures industry, filed a complaint to its business conduct committee against I-Trade FX LLC (and one of its principals, Isaac Martinez), a company it alleges Smith was a principal of.
The complaint, filed in Chicago, Illinois, stated that I-Trade, for approximately nine months in 2007, listed Smith, operator of Olint and TCI FX Traders, as a principal based on the capital he contributed to the company. Smith allegedly contributed almost 100 per cent of the firm’s capital.
In detailing information on I-Trade, NFA said: “because of the concerns about Smith’s background and the source of funds he used to capitalise I-Trade, NFA commenced an investigation of I-Trade’s operations.”
No longer principal
The complaint filed further noted: “As part of its investigation, NFA asked I-Trade to provide Smith’s personal bank records. However, I-Trade claimed that it was unable to obtain Smith’s bank records, and therefore withdrew Smith as a principal on December 31, 2007, and repaid his membership interest in the firm.”
Olint has hit back at the complaint and, in its letter dated July 3, to club members and customers, stated, “David Smith and Olint is not the subject of the complaint and is not the subject of the investigation.”
Olint said it was “unfortunate” that NFA should mention the name of Smith and Olint in its complaint in the manner that it has and both parties have been advised to seek legal advice in the relevant jurisdiction.
The letter to investors further stated: “That complaint was filed against those entities/persons after an investigative report on I-trade was submitted by the compliance department of the private body National Futures Association.”
I-Trade FX, LLC (ITFX) also issued a letter to its investors. The letter noted that: “ITFX does not participate in laundering money and we strive to meet and exceed the reporting requirements regarding any suspicious activities to the proper authorities”.

In order to protect our client’s interests, F1 has initiated legal proceedings against
Miss Loiten with a view to obtaining a court order to have the funds returned. F1 has
engaged the services of United States legal counsel to assist in this process.
While it is with regret that we have had to take this action, our client’s interests are
paramount and it is imperative that we take the necessary steps as outlined above. We
continue to have very good results from our other traders and expect to continue on a
path of good results for you our client. It is however possible that the impact of the
action being taken against Miss Loiten and May Daisy Corporation could result for
the first time in a delay in encashments were we to receive a large number of requests.
We hope for a timely resolution to this matter, and we will continue to update you

Finally I got to hear for myself. This is simple. He’s not too happy with these compliance officers at the brokerage house(s). Just like a bank, a broker gains profit as you are “unable” to withdrawal money. There’s no doubt about that point. The difficult thing is proving and filing any kind of counter claim that they received compensation that was to your detriment. The way most of these legal hassles work is to come up with as long a list as possible that is at least arguable that a client must meet X, Y, & Z and then issue a deficiency letter citing 1 problem, while you hold 11 others. So you came up with a dozen issues, but you just feed them out as slow as you legally can.
It clearly sounds to me that this is the game he has been handed – oh, just one more thing… So there is a sticking point – one thing that you now you have to do that starts the whole process, which is clean and understandable, but once the process begins and you start complying, it can just go on and on. More than likely he has done the difficult part and was told when you deliver BLANK we will deliver funds and that was suppossed to be June 1st and here we are today after items X, Y, & Z have been delivered which had nothing to do with the initial request.
It sounds as though he is trying to me – I will remain hopeful. This will go down as the worst run on O yet and I just hope that matters are resolved in such a way that it is the last time this kind of nonsense can be perpetrated. If David steers this mess the right way Olint can come out bigger and stronger than ever, but it is going to require: hiring a public relations officer of some sort, a third party audit team, a customer service reorganization, who knows what else, and in the midst of all this David still needs support to continue trading.
One thing is for certain – if funds don’t start moving soon a lot of O account holders will be in their own court room. A creditor doesn’t care where your money is, they just want to know why it isn’t in their hand. I’m hanging on by a thread. Godspeed David

However,it is not conclusive of lying or wanting to mislead. well I have been trying to remain objective and rationale during this entire time. However, I listened to the interviews – long and short. a comment was made about the pauses. When you are in such a pickle you want to make sure what you say is what you mean. Also, it wouldn’t surprise me if his attorney(s) were present and was giving him the head nod yes or no.
My bone of contention after the interview was not that he never answered the question about why he can’t pay but if he indeed has his money, he’s been cleared then his lawyers are fenke fenke (a Jamaican word) His legal team should have been more prepared to adequately answer that question. They may not have been able to spell it out in details but the answer was weak at best.
I just cannot understand how you can have so much money and a man a hold you to ransom. yuh muss weak rasta.

Talking about clubs feeding off the Lint. I am so disappointed in the Family for knowingly participating in a travel pyramid scheme. They have been a model for all clubs when it comes to customer service and direct communication. So with all the uncertainty and speculation that is going on, why would the lower themselves to this pyramid scheme. The last thing we need is direct evidence of ’someting no right, someting fishy’ activity. This is too much.
